Old County Pitch & Putt Club

Our Open week got underway on Monday and there was some good crowds through the gates till early afternoon. The weather was favourable too although the course was playing tough. The Scotch Foursomes Strokes event will continue until Wednesday evening.

Those who have not been to the club since our scratch cup last August are in for a real treat, with the terrific changes to the course and the re decorating of the clubhouse. You can see some pictures of the changes on the course by  clicking here

Regarding the Open. The Prizes and times of play are enclosed below. For those travelling you can get directions to the club by clicking on the about us section in our menu. By Bus the 83 is the closest one to the course, but the 19A, the 150 and the 17 and 18 are all within walking distance.

As always a big thanks to our sponsors who once again will be Sundrive Credit Union. The Credit union located just down the road from us, have sponsored our Spring Open for 16 years and recently extended the sponsorship to 2011. They have also been on hand each year to assist with our presentation which generally takes place the Friday after our Open finishes.
