Kildare Short Grass Draw - Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th October

Ladies and Gentlemen the timesheet for the Kildare Short Grass, taking place next Saturday 7th October and next Sunday 8th October was announced at the weekend. Old County have 2 teams entered and these are their times:

Team 1 - Joe Canning, Tommy Lynam (h/c -2), Mal Kellett and Patrick Charles (h/c -4.5)

Saturday 1.30 pm Ryston - Joe & Tommy start on hole 8, Mal & Charlie start on hole 9

Saturday 4p.m. McDonagh - Joe & Tommy start on hole 12, Mal & Charlie start on hole 10

Sunday 9.30 am St Bridgets - Joe & Tommy start on hole 12, Mal & Charlie start on hole 10

Sunday 12.30 Athgarvan - Joe & Tommy start on hole 8, Mal & Charlie start on hole 9

Ladies and Gentlemen Old County Pitch and Putt Club is very sad to hear the news of the passing of long time member Marie Daniel. Marie was a member of our pitch and putt club for many many years and enjoyed playing in all our competitions. It was always a pleasure being in Marie's company.

Sincerest sympathies to Marie's family at this very difficult time.

Sweepstake Competition Friday 29 September 2023

Ladies and Gentlemen this weekend there will be no club competition on Saturday or Sunday as we are one of the courses hosting the Dublin County Board Kevin Blackburn GRIP.

On Friday , 29 September 2023, we will have a sweepstake competition, 10.00 am to dusk. 

Placing on the fairways will be in for the competition. You may mark your ball on the fairway, lift it, clean it and place it within 6 inches of your marker no nearer the hole. There is no placing in bunkers, play your ball as it lies in a bunker. Enjoy the competition.
