We have made some small change to the card duty roster between March and May. We ask members to take a look.Most members will either receive a card if they are in the clubhouse or via the post. However in cases where we have an incorrect address for members, we ask you to please keep an eye on list below and if you are unable to attend on your allocated date please let our Assistant Secretary Rob know and he can find a more suitable date.
The Card Duty Roster from February till start of May has been released. This is provisional and may change so please keep an eye on the noticeboard. We will be looking to introduce new members to the process so a few dates have been filled as TBC. We also need to verify which members will be joining back for the start of the season. The next roster will be released towards the end of March. We would ask people where possible to try to do Card duty on the allocated date however if this is not possible please inform our Assistant Secretary Rob Ryan and he can arrange a new date. Likewise if your name is not on this roster, you will be most likely on the next one, so if you have holidays planned let Rob know the weeks you are not around. We appreciate all our members co-operation with the card duty roster.
The Card Duty Roster from November - March 2018 is now available below. Members will be notified of their dates. We would ask members where possible to please turn up for card duty on the allocated date and time. Competitions start at 10am on Saturday morning and 09am on Sunday morning. If you are unable to do card duty on the date below, please arrange a swap with another member or notify our Assistant secretary Rob Ryan. Thanks for your co-operation.
The card duty roster for January/February has been put together by Deirdre Curran. If the date or day you are allocated is not suitable, please contact Deirdre so another date can be arranged.
